Reservations

A credit card is required at the time of booking in order to secure the room.
If the reservation is cancelled on time, no deposit will be charged to the credit card provided.

Cancellation of a reservation

The deposit will be fully refunded if the cancellation is made 48 hours before the arrival date.
No refund will be made for cancellations made after this deadline.
In this case the deposit will be charged to the credit card provided in an amount corresponding to the cost of a room for one day.
We understand that sometimes travellers' delays are caused by circumstances beyond their control and responsibility, but even in these cases no exceptions for refunds will be made.
